Ramada Encore by Wyndham Chihuahua Distrito 1

Rooms are not very clean all have rooms have carpet and it’s dirty breakfast is served at lobby in a very small and unorganized area. Staff was not very friendly I was expecting a lot more taking in consideration it’s one of the better areas of the city.

Muy buena ubicación cercas del distrito uno. Lamentablemente el cuarto 211 no le funciona al aire acondicionado la primera noche se apago el panel de control completamente llame a recepcion y me asiganron otra habitacion por esa noche solamente. Las otras dos noches paso lo mismo y estuve batallando todos los dias espero que se arregle ese problema!

Area around is very nice. Rooms definitely need an update, the bed was small and the AC loud. Cleanliness in the bathroom can improve.

Really excellent spot to stay. Centralized and perfect for night life. Staff was excellent

Las camas están súper! La verdad es que si buscas descansar ese es el mejor lugar!

Las habitaciones están espectaculares. Las camas no se diga! Como para dormir todos los días ahí !

Hotel is located in the middle od Distrito 1 with great restaurant, very confortable and spacious room, great staff, always willing to assist

- 1 out of the 5 rooms that I booked was not ready and I had to wait for around 30 min. - The breakfast area was so packed, waiting on the line for 40 minutes and I decided to have breakfast out of the hotel. - No hot water and the shower was broken. - Rooftop bar was closed and bad quality on the alcohol drinks served on the lobby.

Run down, very small rooms, terrible lighting
