Sits right in the entrance ramp to the interstate. Loud traffic noise. No coffee maker, remote did not work for tv.

Took over a half hour to check in as no one was there, printer was also down. Room was not as clean as it should have been, stuff on the headboard and on the chair

Tv didn’t work in our room. They moved us to new room ac was broken extremely loud and scared us each time it cranked in. Then housekeeping started cleaning rooms at 5:30 am on Sunday. Worst place I’ve ever been.

"I paid too much for the room and got little in return."

No Breakfast.

The bed needs to be made with blankets and bed spread when a guest arrives. There was no coffee or tea in the room. There was only one blanket in the room I could not sleep because I was cold.
