Dirty shower, hair in the drain, dead mice in the parking lot, room smelled very musty, the mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on & there was a wad of someone's hair in the microwave. The black washcloth is another story...

We reserved two queens and got one. No ice bucket. No WiFi available. Curtains broken. Wet towel in shower when we got there. Very basic and outdated accommodations, especially in the bathroom. Very difficult to adjust bathtub/shower temp. The fact that an obsolete “mask required” sticker was still stuck on the front door suggested that nobody is paying close attention to the facilities. Everyone was very nice; I just think they’re understaffed with limited owner investment.

we never made it to our destination as my husband ended up in ER and I forgot all abt cancelling. Would you kindly refund us, even if it's for half?

Check- in at diner next door- lady not hospitable checking us in. Got reservation wrong- one bed and a chair in room for 3 travelers- stuff to make coffee in our room but no coffee maker-

Room overall was super dirty

The location was perfect, easy access to interstate. I loved the 24/7 Penny’s diner and the food was wonderful and reasonable in price. My room had everything I needed. There was adequate parking.

My only complaint is that the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There was left over fruit in the refrigerator and it needed to be wiped down. The bathroom could have stood a little better cleaning however I was still comfortable and made the adjustments without complaint .

Easy to access, right of the interstate we will traveling on and close to a gas station. Property has 24/7 diner on site.

Limited amenities for the cost.

Great location! Clean room and very quiet. Love the little diner next to the hotel
