"Good staff and great location but when you can’t get a good night’s sleep air watch a ball game, there’s no way I would"

Great location

1. The bed was hard and I could never get any sleep. It was painful for my back. 2. The TV kept losing signal and the picture would freeze or go dark literally every other minute. Ridiculous and should never happen at a hotel that is considered better quality! 3. Deferred maintenance- The windows on the wall facing South by the parking lot are broken and can’t seal shut 4. The lever door lock is broke and doesn’t work correctly

Room was nicely appointed and quiet. Nice to have a quality restaurant on site. Free parking is always a plus. Washer and dryer worked as expected. Great location.

Carpet in our room was heavily stained. Staff did not seem to care about or concerns. Mini fridge located on the floor with Kuerig machine sitting on top. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel, too many misses to call it that in my book.
