Needed updates in furnishings, carpets and no room cleaning every day.

Beautiful property. Loved the hospitality suite. It was on the street side though and as other guests have mentioned the street noise is loud. We visited during a slow time of the year, but we could hear people talking out front on the sidewalk and someone was blowing leaves off and then there was the traffic. Luckily this all occurred in the morning and we weren’t trying to sleep in. This room can be opened up to two other bedrooms with the central location of the bar which would be phenomenal if traveling with a group of adults.

Street noise

The White Buffalo Club 1/5 We stayed last week and got very ill due to the mold growing in the rooms in the MP suites. They will not compensate for your aweful experience nor did they seem to care when told them at the hotel. I've spent over $300 on antibiotics and antifungal sinus nasal sprays trying to get better. See their reply after wating a week for them to review the situation. Thank you for following up. We understand your concern and truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations. We did review your feedback carefully and noted that a public review has already been posted. Unfortunately, once a review is submitted, were unable to make compensation adjustments related to the same stay. That said, we do take your comments seriously and have shared them with our local management team to ensure improvements are made moving forward. Interesting. Much of the same fare you find at hotels with free breakfast, but with a little healthier emphasis.

Non complaints, other than a referral to a Mexican restaurant with the worst Mexican food I have ever had. Bad margarita too.

Restaurant is awesome

Room was gross with mold. I am so sick after staying there. I made an appointment with my doctor to get antibiotics and anti fungal Rx ASAP.

Breakfast could be better but loved the hotel and highly recommend it.

Didn't have Gluten free options.

The staff is amazing here. The restaurant is wonderful. The room could really use remodeled particularly the bathroom-tile cracked, offset and filthy looking. Didn’t even want to use the shower
