Apartment Espoir

The location suited us perfectly- remote, unspoiled, fab gardens- best beach I snorkelled - clear, lots of fish and interesting rocks/reefs. Keith was a great host. very attentive.

we stayed 11 nights. it’s 15 mins walk to the supermarket. you need to be fit. it’s uphill on the way back when you’re carrying your shopping 😅

Keith (our host) was cheerful, incredibly helpful and informative. The room had a stunning view over the sea and the land. Quiet spot. Room was clean, comfortable bed with mosquito net (not needed at the time of our visit) with good shower and adequate facilities for home dining.

Vistors should be aware that it is a fairly steep climb from the main road to the property and from the property to the swimming pool/beach. To enjoy this location visitors probably should be reasonably fit and mobile. However Keith was only too happy to order taxis on our behalf whenever we required them. The taxis proved very reliable.

The owner went out of his way to accommodate people's requests. You could tell he enjoyed hosting. The pool was nice.

For me travelling on my own I initially felt it was a bit isolated for me but once I worked out how to get around using local transport it didn't feel isolated anymore.
