USThe staff are manipulative and will lie on your behalf with zero regard for their own accountability. They do not care for you as a guest or patron because Medicaid. They will intimidate you with their size and eye you in a way that causes you discomfort for staying on their property. They treat you less than a member of Marriott.
Lavinia and Cora are the best attendants that I have ever met. Their personalities are amazing. I strongly feel that they should be involved in training other attendants. Please offer them a bonus and also make sure to retain them as it would be a great loss to loose them.

The staff here is awesome I stay here alot and i always feel welcome and like i am at home The staff makes you feel like you are family and they remember you every time you come in i will.always choose to come here and stay Thank you to the staff that works here
Nice and quiet
I don't like when hotel rents a room to a person (local) and they bring the whole family and friends for a birthday party and occupy the whole pool and lobby area. It becomes a common thing for hotels with the pools in Anchorage

That is was nice and clean. The pool was awesome. The towels were also being checked and replaced. Front desk personal were friendly and helpful.
