Beautiful place to stay! Lovely breakfast and scenery while eating. Outdoor fireplace and patio are great. Staff all very friendly. Walking around the lake behind the hotel was a nice and unexpected surprise. Loved watching all of the dogs on walks and the birds. Will definitely stay again.

USThis was great location for medical. Rooms were so quiet. Liked the atmosphere decorated nicely. Fire pit outside and we walked lake and found a geocache. Saw moose poop and bunch of people walking their dogs. Liked that room had living room area. Also the bathroom was separate for shower which was a walk in and another spot fire toilet. Sliding doors on both. The beds were totally comfortable. Fridge and microwave. Temp of room was great. Breakfast was ok had fruit. Two beds were also a plus. Staff friendly. Overall wonderful stay.
Most everything was wonderful at this hotel, but the mattresses are clearly so old and are hidden under worn memory foam toppers that then also have body cavities in them. Both of our queen beds were quite uncomfortable for that reason. Everything else was wonderful.
The best!!! Cleaner then any hotel in anchorage and the beds are so comfortable. Hotel and jacuzzi are amazing. I love how the toilet and shower are in different rooms!! The Continental breakfast was so good! Better then anywhere I’ve been. And the price beats everywhere nice as well. 149.00!! Everywhere else is over 200
Had reserved a double room (4 people) with handicap accessibility for my daughter who is disabled and let the hotel know we would have a late check in. Arrived and they had given away our room. Ended up in a single bed room with a pull out couch (single bed). Front desk refused to refund or discount rate. (Management later did discount our stay) but room was inaccessible for our daughter who had issues using the bathroom and could not shower the entire time we were there. Also breakfast was dismal. Nothing like the description/pictures. Couple bananas, prepackaged frozen egg sandwiches and stale waffles. No house keeping unless you called them- with the current conditions you would think they would be cleaning more. Pool was nice.
