Door slammed next to my room entire night, approximately every 15 minutes, did not sleep. Scheduled transport to hospital for surgery, when I checked in the morning transport was not scheduled. As I checked early to make sure transport was available, desk attendant said they would get the transport to the property and give me a ride. Transport did not ever show up. Having heart surgery and had to run about 1/2 mile to hospital. Arrived late. Would not EVER stay at this property again and have already recommended to friends to avoid this property.
Overall it was reasonably fine. They had to move us to another room due to a backed up sink that smelled god-awful!
It was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room smelled horrible. The couch was stained. Also I went there after check in time. The room was not ready when I arrived. The staff told me that it would be 30 minutes. They took my number and said I would get a call. They didn’t reach out to me after 30 minutes. So 40 minutes later I call them the staff then told me again an hour. So I hang up. They call me again 10 minutes later saying it’s ready. It was a horrible experience
It was good stay only problem i had was our neighbors were fighting alot and very loud
Beautiful rooms..clean and well kept. But the motel seemed over booked and we only got a chance to use the pool early morning on day of checkout because it was packed with 20+ people in pool n hot tub the day before.
Very comfortable and clean.
There is a gas fire pit just outside the breakfast dining area.
Front desk was helpful and breakfast was decent.
