comfortable clean with good breakfast. we had room for 4 adults no problem. There are NO restaurants nearby so have to drive a long ways for meals

An hour after going to sleep we woke up to a loud ringing noise. It went from quiet to loud over and over. After checking a few areas we found that it was coming from the sprinkler head. It was vibrating so hard that it was making the timing sound. The sprinkler was right above the only bed in the room so trying to sleep with a bell type sound nonstop was impossible. I recorded it and went to the front desk she didn’t know what she could do but eventually tried to switch my room. She couldn’t do that either because it was after midnight so it shows I was checking out that day. We sat and waited for a solution....4am we got a key to a new room. That room was next to the sprinkler valve room on the 1st floor. With the sprinkler pump running nonstop that caused the bed and other items in the room to shake and vibrate. At 415am we decided to drive home without any rest knowing that staying there wasn’t going to allow us sleep. I’ve emailed the front desk manager and also the hotel manager and haven’t gotten a response, it’s been one week. I think I gave fair amount of time to get back with me about this issue before I made my review for your hotel.

It was beautiful with a trail right behind it and in the middle of the trail there is a little lake

I really loved the fire pit outside and the staff’s help when we want to sit outside and have it on to enjoy the evenings with friends.

Room could’ve been cleaner. The light switches have visible dirt and sticky spots as well as sticky spots on the couch. Everything else was cleaned

This is a great place to stay, comfortable rooms and very clean, the only thing I rated it slightly lower for was the location. You have to drive anywhere you want to go to eat, shop etc. The only facility near by is a hospital.

Let me start by saying I researched for HOURS before we stayed here. I found a lot of places in anchorage with 4-5 star reviews but the last 3 months of reviews were terrible. This was the only moderately priced place with still good reviews. So that being said l, I give it 5/5 for this area at this price, not because it’s a 5 start place. Room was nice and clean. The sheets were clean which is big for me. We turned the temp in the room down but the AC never kicked on and we were so hot sleeping. We finally opened the window for the second day and we’re a bit less hot. We liked that the bathroom was split up so one could shower while the other uses the toilet. Breakfast the first day was decent. I still think having to be downstairs by 920 am on a vacation is a bit much. They told us when we checked in breakfast was from 7-930 but they started shutting down at 920 when I got down there. There were eggs and sausage with a waffle makers and then some bagels. The second day, breakfast was pitiful, literally sausage and eggs (a couple bagels were there still). We did not checkout the pool. But the workout room was decent and had the minimum needed for a quick workout. We saw some homeless people hanging out by the trash cans outside but other than that felt it was a safe area. Overall would stay there again but wouldn’t depend on breakfast.
