Satisfied with my stay.

Everything was very clean and staff were really nice. My only complaint is that no shower caps were available, rather than that, my stay was pretty good.

No one will give me a receipt. The hotel says they can’t and you won’t respond. I will delete your app and never use your service again if you can’t simply sent me the receipt for my stay.

The access to the pool and whirlpool was a plus and the gym as well. It was a relaxing stay overall.

I reserved two rooms with two queen beds in each. The rooms they gave us at check-in each had one king sized bed. When I explained to the desk clerk that I needed at least one room with the two beds, she said they didn’t have any available, and that reserving a particular room didn’t mean that’s the room I’d get. I asked to speak with a manager, but told none were available. After several minutes of back and forth and being told a room with two queens wasn’t available, I was finally given one. For some reason, initially the clerk was unwilling to switch our room. To say that the room you reserve might not be the room you get is absurd.

The bed is situated in such a way that if you’re on the far side of the bed, you can’t watch TV if the other person is laying next to you also the HVAC doesn’t work if you’re not in the room with a sensor so it gets super hot while you’re away during the day and then in the evening you come back it takes hours to get to the temperature that you want it to be Charged four dollars for parking did not advise me that parking had a fee. She just said I was taking a $20 incidental on your credit card. They don’t change or fix your room on the daily so we ran out of towels and the staff downstairs was nowhere to be found after 8 o’clock at night.

The room was nice and staff were friendly. They could be a little more diligent when cleaning as I found a toenail on the floor and there was some trash under the bed.
