Clean, comfortable, and close to nice restaurants

For the price, hotel had room cleaned and changed towels every other day. A standard lacking that is done in most hotels.

Convenient location for venues that we attended.

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay again, only thing that was a slight problem is when we ask for more towels- the receptionist said she was the only one down there and no one could bring them to us. They brought them the next morning.

subpar hotel - and over the years have stayed at far too many courtyards to count on business trips. Charged my Credit card the full amount three days in advance of stay (advance deposit) - is this a common thing? Thermostat in room did not have an "auto" setting for air conditioning. Was charged for parking though I did not have a car. The room was untidy upon checking in. There was a trash bag and empty glasses near the elevator on the 6th Floor that was there for the 12 hours I was there. The neighborhood is very nice for a long walk if so inclined. I'm a Lifetime Marriott Titanium Elite and I say that only to substantiate my review.

We paid extra on our room to include the breakfast and It was so worth it! I was expecting the typical hotel breakfast but i was wrong! I ordered the two egg omelet and when it came out i was blown away! It was a real omelet with cheese, bacon and onions and the potato's it came with were so good too!!

The hotel was to my standard nice clean quiet good customer service and fast checking in and checking out the only thing I did not like and appreciate was I had to pay four dollars per day for parking that should be included with the reservation for the two nights I stand I’ve never heard and I have traveled to didn’t location and they charged for parking!!!!
