"Lovely hotel in a calm street, with mountain views and good indoor swimming pool."

We moved here from another hotel that was supposed to be 5 stars but was not up to standard. We found this hotel for half price, with lovely welcoming staff, big room with views on the mountains, located in a relatively quiet street and having a nice indoor pool. Further, we were allowed to get a shower after our hike, got clean towels, and nice big space where we could rest, repack and charge our phones before heading back to Hanoi by night train.

Loved this hotel! Perfect location, beautiful views and the staff were genuinely amazing. Breakfast was lovely and we did eat at the hotel restaurant one of the nights due to being too tired to venture out - great cocktails and really decent food. Definitely recommend this stay.

"Beautiful hotel to stay and will love to come back again."

Located in city centre making it easy to move around. Enjoyed beautiful mountain view sunset from the roof top restaurant area. The rooms were of a good size with comfortable beds. The overall ambience of hotel is very calming and beautiful. The walls are really thin and hence gets very noise sometimes. There are not enough words to thank the most polite, helpful and friendly staff especially when 1 member of family gets sick. The staff went beyond their comfort to find doctors for us and ensured we all are command taken care of.

There is nothing you won’t like about the place.
