Chau Long Sapa 2 Hotel

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était très bien. La nourriture du restaurant était également très bonne. Le personnel du restaurant était au petit soin avec nous.

L’accueil avec la réceptionniste. En arrivant, notre carte de chambre ne fonctionnait pas, et le personnel nous a fait rentrer dans la chambre, en voulant se renseigner où il en était avec la clé, il nous demande de la recuperer à l’accueil la clé qui ne fonctionne toujours pas.

Hotel jest bardzo ładnie położony i ma taras z pięknym widokiem na góry gdzie mogłam podziwiać zachód słońca. Jestem szczególnie wdzięczna za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania (o 9. rano!), co sprawiło, że mogłam odpocząć przed wycieczką i efektywniej wykorzystać czas w Sa Pa.

La salle de bain : l’eau se répand partout. Service : j’ai demandé s’il était possible de repasser deux robes. Je comprends que mes robes soient fragiles et qu’ils puissent hésiter à prendre ce risque, j’ai donc demandé, à défaut, un fer à repasser. On m’a assuré qu’on me l’apporterait, mais après une longue attente dans la chambre, rien n’est jamais arrivé. Par ailleurs, mon mari a déposé des vêtements à la réception pour le service pressing. On lui a indiqué que quelqu’un passerait les récupérer dans la chambre, mais personne n’est venu. Nous avons donc dû nous débrouiller à l’extérieur de l’hôtel.

Very nice friendly staff, Manager Pham was a great help helping us with tickets to Fansipan & glass bridge, restaurant staff couldn't do enough for us, nice clean spacious room with Balcony, hot water & a bath to soak tired legs after many steps, nice big comfortable bed, nice breakfast & had 2 meals from restaurant that was very nice, also the best coconut coffee we've had in VN so far

Not hotels fault but other visitors who couldn't careless about other people & yelling in the hallways

Great location, big room, views from balcony and restaurant were stunning of mountain ranges.

bathroom had some mould on the roof, pool area a bit outdated.
