The location. Right on Mushroom beach. The garden villas are quiet.

The apartments were noisy due to construction behind the resort and were different to what is shown on booking.com Fortunately, the staff were wonderful and were able to move us into the garden villas which were comfortable and quiet.

It was right on the beach, nice restaurant for breakfast, fabulous staff, super cute dj who rocks the night away and you can even sing karaoke if you want… We had the best time ever 😅🙌💃🎉

Great location, right on the beach at Mushroom Bay which is excellent for swimming and watching the ferries come in. The Aircon was excellent.

The room was as dated and run down as the price indicates. There were broken things but it didnt affect function. The entrance by bus is a little sketchy and I initially thought we were dropped in the wrong place.
