The property was great and very good location

Staff and location

The staff were extremely helpful - Sofia is a gem, and helped organise my adventures for my stay

Wifi in the room was not good at all

The location and the pool were the best part

The water on the slide was off for 2 days, the food was terrible. The place felt tired, there weren't many people so the atmosphere was not there. There was a group doing a modeling shoot, they were looked after more than the guests.

Location of the beach

The property is tired and needs a revamp. There is rubbish lying around by the entrance and generally it appears that the fast boat company gets all of the attention and the hotel gets little. The breakfast was poor and we only ate there once out of the 4 nights We choose to eat at one of the other restaurants close by instead.

We had Sofia looking after us for our stay she was so knowledgable in helping us, she was able to assist us with organizing laundry service and also the hire of a buggy for us to drive around and explore the island, she also organised all of our fast boat tickets. I would highly recommend staying at The Tanis, we will definitely be back.

The location was perfect and the staff were lovely.
