Aryaduta Medan

La chambre est de belle taille et très confortable. La vue sur les lumières de la ville la nuit est très sympathique. Nous avons adoré la chorale qui s'est produite lors de la soirée bbq. Le personnel est serviable et attentionné en toutes occasions

Le buffet de la soirée bbq ne ressemble en rien aux photos et il n'y avait plus de boeuf wellington... c'est nul !

Bien situé, petit déjeuner extra avec grand choix…personnel très agréable…jolie piscine Hôtel agréable qui donne l’impression d’être de plein pied alors que la piscine est au 9ème étage.

Impossibilité de téléphoner à l’étranger…

We stayed in the executive suite and the room was very comfortable

We had an early morning flight and booked a car through the hotel at 5am. Before going down we called the front desk to check if the driver was outside. They were still calling him when we got down. Then they lied to us that he was stuck in traffic while we could see they could not reach him. Then they said go down (hotel is at the 9th floor) the driver is waiting outside for you while he wasn’t. It was hard to get a taxi at this time and they didn’t help us getting one. Very unprofessional, especially that they lie in your face and don’t even apologize. They are one of the most expensive hotels in town. Also, we did not get any toiletries and English level was a bit poor but that’s minor compared to the stress we had to get to the airport.
