Huge pool and good location

Simply furnished small rooms

During my stay at Aryaduta Medan, I ordered an ice tea in the hotel restaurant. The drink tasted very diluted, and shortly afterwards I became seriously ill. The waitress told me they did make it with tap water. My partner, who ate exactly the same meals, did not get sick — the only difference was that I had this drink. Because of this, I missed my flight to Bali and had to pay for an extra night of accommodation. I informed the hotel, but apart from a polite apology, no real action or compensation was offered. The hotel itself feels outdated and in need of renovation, but the most concerning part was the suspected food poisoning and the way it was handled. For an international 4/5 star brand, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until food safety and service standards are taken more seriously.

Secara keseluruhan waktu menginap saya di Aryaduta sangat menyenangkan. Kamarnya bersih plus ada timbangan di toilet. Namun yang menjadi masalah adalah shower room yang tidak dapat tertutup dengan rapat sehingga air keluar dan mengenangi area toilet.
