Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bridgeport by IHG

Just weird I had to wait at front desk to be checked in. Front desk clerk in a room and had to call his cell to get checked in, then I didn’t know he was the worker- and didn’t hear him and he was a little rude about it.

Lock on the door was broken. Couches look worn out. No fridge, no iron, no breakfast and the curtains were burned.

Staff was very nice.

Musty smell when entered. Older and grungy carpet. Hair dryer in room didn’t work. Only ice was on bottom floor across the building. Key didn’t work so they had to bring me another key while I waited. Lobby and hallways was very warm. Handicap parking very very far from lobby and room

No fridge no microwave, the suites aren’t suites, they are regular motel rooms. No breakfast, all of the vending machines are empty and unplugged. Only 10 working channels on the tv. For the record, I wouldn’t be complaining about these things had they not been accommodations I was supposed to be receiving. All of this aside, it was affordable(makes sense now that I know I’m not really getting much) quiet, clean and easy to check in/check out of. The staff was also very friendly.

Hotel was nice. Pool was great. Hot tub did not work. No breakfast of any kind. Hotel property needed maintained...grass and weeds needed mowed.

A big spider bit me in my leg I told the manager but he not even do anything

Front desk person took 30 min to arrive at desk then he tried to charge us more we tried to ask him why he said if we didnt like it to leVe and then he threatened to call cops
