They are cards that say if you want new towels and washcloths to leave them on the floor they came in and made the bed up took the towels and washcloths and left us with nothing and nobody was nowhere to get any

"Bridgeport Hometown Executive Suites"

When I checked in the price I was charged was above the reservation rate. I was also informed that there was not a free breakfast as stated in my reservation. When I arrived at my room, there was no refrigerator or microwave. I checked at the desk and was informed that the hotel website belonged to the former owners and was therefore not accurate. I returned later and received a refund for the price I was overcharged at check-in, but still had to pay a $0.98 charge akin to a resort fee. The room was clean and comfortable, but lacked the amenities that you would expect - fridge, microwave, etc. Also expected a breakfast more than just coffee. The TV was mounted on the wall and was difficult to adjust to receive a good angle. Good value for the price and would return for the same price. Would just want to know beforehand about what I was getting for the price. They need to take down the old website.

"Not very comfy stay"

Facilities look decent

The bed was horrible and the sheets weren’t changed found hairs on the sheets and like I stated the mattress needed changed ASAP!!!

Place looked good but television was very limited channels, internet was terrible always shutting down No one was downstairs in morning to handle any issues. We even tried calling front desk. Anyone could have walked in Not secure at all. Very disappointed

"Comfortable evening"

This was centrally located for a family event. The manager was very polite and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than anticipated.

The room was a little dated but all equipment functioned as needed.
