Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bridgeport by IHG

This property is under construction. Third floor is the only floor that can be occupied due to first and second floor under construction. Junk is pilled up and down the hallways. Lawn hasnt been mowed all summer. Plastic on window flapping in the wind all night due to them painting the outside. Dont even have a front desk they have a small card table where you check in. No kitchen.

I had no problems with anything they are very friendly and even my dog was welcomed they have just remodeled check them out very nice

They are remodeling. That doesn’t have anything to do with no vending machines worked, or blow dryer. Sheets were completely threadbare. The shower curtain was so full of MOLD that I had to get a new one before I would get in! I would never EVER go here again.

It was close to our event.

It was under renovation. The couch in our room was stained and dirty. I was afraid to sit on it. The carpet was bad, stained and dirty.

Well they need to finish the remodeling soon

We couldn’t stay,was remodeling.

This hotel was nothing like it promised. Laundry services down, no vending, no ice, no breakfast, no pool, smelled like chemicals. Stayed 5 days was supposed to have a refrigerator. Everyday they promised us one the next day and it never came. The manager walked around in sleep shorts a dirty T-shirt and flip flops shoes eberyday. They offered no discount for the hotel being under construction . They kicked us out 2 days early threatened to call police cause they smelled smoke from the room. Would not refund the two days we already paid for. I didn't even smoke in the room. I just don't throw my cigarette butts down outside I put them in my pocket so when we took out trash and they saw cigarette butts they assumed I smoked in the room.

Just renovations going on throughout hotel. Non-functioning ice machines and drink machines.
