The property feels quite outdated, with worn furniture and an old-fashioned bathroom. The television is very small and offers limited features. The shower flooded after it was turned on for 30 seconds.Staff presence feels more intrusive than helpful, as if guests are being constantly monitored. This hotel seems to cater primarily to large local tour groups rather than individual travelers. When the tour buses arrive, the place becomes overcrowded and chaotic. Even before entering, the unpaved road leading to the hotel gives a poor first impression — it certainly doesn’t reflect a 4-star standard. For a better experience, Hoàn Mỹ might be a more suitable alternative.

The staff asked me to pay more than what was stated in the booking. When I showed them the booking details, they admitted it was their mistake.

Spacious and comfortable junior suite with full view on both the beach and pool. Very good breakfast buffet with lots of local, international, and North-American options.
