Có mấy điều sau cần phải giải quyết. 1- Tôi đặt phòng là 2 người lớn + 1 trẻ em 7 tuổi. Nội dung trong booking của hotels.com là miễn phí ăn sáng 3 người. Nhưng gia đình tôi phải trả thêm phần ăn sáng cho trẻ em (7t) đã đăng ký. 2- Hồ bơi dơ quá. Tắm bị ngứa. Đáy hồ rất dơ. Yêu cầu hotels.com trả lời cho chúng tôi về việc thu thêm tiền ăn sáng của trẻ em đã đăng ký.
