"chambre sale et expérience décevante"

Il est situé proche d’un centre commercial Ave beaucoup de commodities et proche de la gare.

Cet établissement n’est pas du tout un 4 étoiles. J’avais vu que les photos qu’il était un peu défraîchi. Mais je ne m’attendais pas à recevoir une chambre sale : elle ne semblait pas à avoir été lavée avant notre arrivée. De nombreux cheveux coincés dans la moquette, des poils dans la salle de bain et des draps sales ! Nous avons demander à changer les draps et passé l’aspirateur ce qui a été fait. Mais cela devrait être fait avant notre arrivée, pas sur demande ! La piscine ne correspond pas à la photo. Et les massages du spa n’étaient pas de très bonne qualité. L’équipe a cependant été réactive et serviable. Nous leur avons fait part de nos remarques et ils nous ont proposé un petit déjeuner offert et une laverie.

Your staff where honest. I forgot my passport they came to my room and gave me.. I was touched. And down the loddy I had tea and chicken sandwich 🥪 I used my card and at first your staff not sure, and I was in a rush so I paid cash ... Later that day she came and found me to give back the cash..... I am amazed. Thank you for the honestly. Appreciated

"Value for money, zeer betaalbaar voor de ruime kamer die je krijgt."

We waren onder de indruk van de ruime kamer, met aparte zitgedeelte. Erg fijn, we hebben er zeker gebreuik van gemaakt. De service van het personeel was uitstekend. Ook de ligging is prima,, naast een shopping mall waar je goed kan eten en winkelen.
