Совсем не понравился отель. Понятно, что старый, но можно же его содержать в чистоте, стены помыть, ковры почистить. Грязно. Вода в номере горячая чёрная! Еле течет в душе лейка. На 3й день только стала нормальной. Кондиционер очень шумный. В комнате будто сыро. Ложилась спать и замерзала от влажной постели. Интернет видеозвонки в зуме не тянет. Пользовалась мобильным интернетом. Лампа над чайником горела постоянно, сломался выключатель. На просьбу починить, просто выкрутили её, и свет не включался теперь во всей комнате. С моём номере была дверь в соседний номер, что мне казалось небезопасно, так как я путешествую одна. Номер выходил на улицу и было очень шумно, не спала все 3 ночи. Не рекомендую совсем этот отель! Переехала в Kokoon hotel а этой же ценовой категории, там было чисто, красиво, с кондиционером проблема, но лучше вариант.

The room was very good we had twins room, each bed was big enought, wider then most twins beds, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, the best we ever had in our journey in Indonesia.

The only thing we didn't like was in breakfast the staffs were try to took out plate before we left the table. Just little bit not comfortable.

A wonderful and affordable hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries. The hallways on the floors are carpeted, so you can barely hear people walking or carrying suitcases. The staff is attentive. Special thanks to the girl at the reception, Tirta Adelista, she really helped us out. We couldn't buy a train ticket. She completed all the paperwork, bought it, and printed it out, even though that wasn't part of her job description. The hotel is in a great location, off the busy street, and has its own entrance to a large shopping mall. If we return to Surabaya, we'll definitely choose this hotel.
