"Perfect, except terrible sofa bed"

The apartments are excellent, of a high standard. The furnishings are excellent.

We had a Kings Suite, which is suitable for 4 people. The bed in the parents' bedroom was great, unfortunately the children's sofa bed was a real tragedy, the springs were hard and hurt their backs, the children complained that they had not slept so badly for a long time. I think such an uncomfortable bed cannot be in a 5-star hotel, even if it is a sofa bed.

"En pärla i Brno"

Mycket vänlig personal och snabb hantering i lobbyn som är stor och rymlig och har en flygel där det spelas både till frukost och till kvälls drinken. Rymligt rum och generöst badrum med två handfat. Bra AC, var 30-35 grader varmt ute. Brno är fantastiskt i sig... hotellet höjde hela vistelsen. Välkomst cheesecake på rummet var mycket uppskattat efter tågresan.

Gymmet kunde ha några fler hantlar och gärna en ribbstol.

"Excellent!! Well worth the money."

Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms very clean, good value for money. Welcome drink and dessert was served which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great, good selection. The only negative was the air conditioning was not very powerful and did feel bit uncomfortable at times when the temperature was high outside.
