"Excellent experience--would definitely stay again"

Checkin, valet service and checkout were almost perfect--excellent attitude, polite and very interested in making my stay perfect.. The location is excellent for visiting the downtown area by foot from the hotel. Room was great with all the amenities one could ask for.

My only blip is that when I returned my rental car there was a scratch on it that must have happened the last night when the car was parked on the street overnight by the valet--but I didn't catch that until the car was returned........

"Beautiful friendly hotel in perfect location"

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, clean and spacious room The staff was nice and friendly Welcome drinks and a talented pianist in the lounge The valet parking is an extra cost, but it is reliable

The shower/bath made no sense, it was small and dark, and not friendly to use at all; tall people can't stand under it There were no hooks to hang the towels other than one next to the toilet

Poloha, parkování, odhlučnění, interiéry, vana a sprcha na pokoji, klimatizace, velká a pohodlná postel, recepční byla milá a vše vysvětlila, wellness v ceně, welcome drink

U 5* bych čekal valet parking v ceně, doprovod na pokoj s vysvětlením, ale jinak super

Super Hotel. Der Innenhof ist ein Traum. War vor Jahren schon mal dort. Frühstück top. Mit Klavierbegleitung. So entspannt kann der Tag nicht besser beginnen. Der Wagen wird in die naheliegende Garage gebracht. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
