Fabulous location

Terrible housekeeping. The staff responsible for cleaning our room was just not up to the mark. Amenities were not replenished, the bed was shabbily made up and honestly the service was far below standard. But the rest of the hotel staff more than made up for this one negative.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt, wir waren eine Nacht dort und es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Die Lage ist ideal um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, man kommt überall schnell hin. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, zum ausladen konnten wir kurz direkt vor dem Hotel parken, anschließend wurde das Auto vom Personal zu einem Parkplatz gefahren. Das hat 24 Euro die Nacht gekostet, absolut fairer Preis. Das Hotel selbst ist ein traumhaft schönes Gebäude mit einer tollen Lobby unter einer Glaskuppel. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und über zwei Meter breit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist mit zwei Saunen und einem Dampfbad ausgestattete und ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet, als ich gegen 22 Uhr dort war, hatte ich alles für mich alleine. Das Frühstück am Morgen ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker, den Mohnstrudel kann ich besonders empfehlen. Beim Auschecken gab es noch gekühlte Wasserflaschen to go und das Auto stand bereits vor der Türe. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The gym is a probably the worst I have ever seen in any hotel. It looks like emergency solution for hotel to tick requirement for to be able to participated in "The Small luxury Hotels of the World" chain.
