"The Grand Palace Exceeds its Name"

The staff were beyond amazing! They were so professional, accommodating and helpful! Our room was incredible! Skylights! Jetted tub! Plenty of desk space! The bed and chairs were so beautiful and comfortable! Best sleep I've had in years! The lobby of the Hotel is breathtaking! We were in our room for 3min when a staff member brought us a shared plate of a delicious dessert! And the welcome drinks were chef's kiss! Breakfast was breath-takingly beautiful (everyone was taking pictures of the spread!) and had so many options. This hotel will not be a "hidden gem" for long.

We couldn't stay forever!

"This is one of the most elegant hotels we have ever experienced!"

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are amazing, especially Ulia! We were given a two step upgrade to an incredibly luxurious suite that must have just been renovated because everything was brand new. Special treats were delivered to the room. We felt like VIPs! The jacuzzi bathtub was top of the line. It even had jets on the bottom of the tub. In addition to the large bathroom, there was a powder room. And there was a huge second room down a hallway. Both rooms had lovely views. One night there was a pianist and the next night there was a saxophonist and pianist in the atrium. The acoustics are amazing! The first night we were given vouchers for a welcome prosecco. The second night we had delicious cocktails while we listened to the music. It’s enchanting. We really, really wanted to stay two more nights, but there was a large award ceremony happening so all of the rooms were booked. :(

There was nothing not to like except maybe the cost for parking.

Perfect location, close to everything. Beautiful building, very elegant. Water pressure was great, we were on a 5th floor.

The AC in our room was not as strong as I would like but the staff provided extra fan and that helped.
