Great custservice perfect location. Lucy at the front desk was fantastic, by far the best customer service we had during our 2 week stay at 5 different hotels and numerous restaurants. She was caring helpful and understanding. The hotel room we stayed in was perfect fantastic views, and right in the middle of everything great location, highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is in a great location right near the port, the bus stop and the restaurants but it very quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere. The room was very comfortable and we had a room at the front with a balcony. We also had a kettle which is a must when travelling. Breakfast was good and is served on a terrace with a view. It’s so easy to catch a bus up to Ravello for the day or catch a ferry to Positano.

Right in the city across from the bus station. This is the place you want to say at. You won’t need to have anyone shuttle your luggage cause it right at the bottom across from the beach club and Public beach. Great breakfast.. eggs, cheeses, salads, breads and pastry’s. The staff is super helpful and gave us directions and helped us map out the buses and ferries. Great view and awesome location. You really can’t beat it.. right where the shopping is and all the restaurants.

What a great hotel to begin our Amalfi Coast vacation! My room number seven left right out onto the beautiful beach and harbour with a sweet little terrace. I was in heaven. The staff was wonderful, giving us great recommendations for dining hiking in buses, the bus and ferry station we’re right across the street The Terrace for breakfast looked out over the water and was just lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel and make sure you ask for a Seaview period also we discovered that going out the side would take us down a fun little path that paralleled the busy street, but wasn’t crazy full of tourists can’t wait to go back!! thank you thank you thank you

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Excellent, helpful staff. Lovely breakfasts on the terrace. Outstanding dinner at the hotel restaurant. Convenient location for exploring the Amalfi Coast. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location great accommodation and super friendly staff

Traveling with three friends to explore the Amalfi Coast, this hotel was the first landing spot for us and it was perfect. Centrally located right at the beach, adjacent to the ferry and bus terminals and all the action. At the front desk, Vittorio, Genarro and Lucy took care of our every request with personal recommendations and a genuine smile. They helped us with three incredible restaurant reservations, Da Maria, Donna Stella and L’Abside, and provided essential tips for fantastic walks and hikes, as well as the best transportation to and from. Our rooms were lovely. Each one unique and most facing the beautiful sea. Turndown service was a treat and all we needed was already there. The breakfast team was incredible; sadly I don’t recall their names but they kept cappuccinos coming our way and the included breakfast selections were abundant. We can’t wait to return!

We wanted to have dinner in the elegant terrace restaurant but only allowed if you have the full-blown tasting menu , The restaurant is a different company to the hotel. So we went elsewhere while restaurant only a fraction full. Seems silly to me.

Friendly, clean, perfect location. Meals and staff wonderful. Highly recommend.
