J’ai aimé la chambre très confortable et agréable ainsi que le personnel

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel. J’aime les œufs brouillés le matin et le premier matin il n’y en avait pas et le second j’ai du les manger froid. À revoir pour les prochaines fois

Alors que le règlement total, chambre et PDJ avait déjà été fait sur Booking, une demande d’empreinte bancaire de 100 euros m’a été demandée !? Au petit déjeuner à 8h30, pas de plateau, pas de verre, et plusieurs ingrédients manquants (salade fruits entièrement consommée par ex) et pas de personnel pendant 5 à 10 mn.

Il y a un ou 2 ans le restaurant était absolument excellent et le personnel très sympathique. Aujourd’hui le restaurant est vriament pas très bon, cher pour ce qu il y a dans l’assiette et le service très moyen La chambre sent les égouts et c’était déjà le cas lors de ma dernière venue, problème pas réglé

Siamo arrivate a mezzanotte ci hanno fatto aspettare per il check-in. Il pavimento del bagno presentava evidenti segni di precedente utilizzo. Ci hanno cambiato la stanza ma non era pulitissima nemmeno quella inoltre lo scarico della doccia non funzionava bene e si è allagato il bagno. Finestre con chiave da chiedere alla reception ma non hanno avvisato ma ormai era l'una. Al mattino abbiamo espresso il nostro disappunto che non è stato per nulla considerato.
