La réservation a été faite au BW Parce qu il avait la clim dans la chambre.celle que nous avions réservée par booking n étaitfinalement pas climatisée. On nous a donné une avec la clim.Celle ci avait la télé qui ne fonctionnait: on nous a donné une autre chambre avec la clim et une télévision en état de marche. (Coupé du monde de foot oblige) tout cela fait avec grâce et sourire.

Prix du petit déjeuner que nous n avons pas pris .

Alors que le règlement total, chambre et PDJ avait déjà été fait sur Booking, une demande d’empreinte bancaire de 100 euros m’a été demandée !? Au petit déjeuner à 8h30, pas de plateau, pas de verre, et plusieurs ingrédients manquants (salade fruits entièrement consommée par ex) et pas de personnel pendant 5 à 10 mn.

Le petit déjeuner etait décevant. Pas d’œufs brouillés le premier matin et le suivant j’ai du les manger froid. À revoir pour les prochaines fois
