"Great stay but wanted to go elsewhere for breakfast."

The staff were very friendly and liked the size of the room.

The idea of charging people for a buffet breakfast. No one charges for the buffet anymore!

Cleanliness, great pool and workout area. Staff was exceptionally friendly, had great interactions with all we interacted with.. perfect location for our purposes

"I felt violated and stuck and stuck because I paid for a stay that did"

It was in a good area. Staff was nice until I had a serious Complaint.

There was a bed bug on the bed coming from the bottom of the cover it kept going up and and down of the bed. I took a video of it I’m not sure if it got on me or not but there was definitely blood in it. I felt so violated. Than we we were told to move to another room which smelled heavy like cigarette smoke because I didn’t want to complain or keep waking my family up I just delt with it next day my mother said we smelled like cigarettes. Embarrassing however the manager came off kind of rude or rude when I tried to talk to her about the situation.
