Studio Inn & Suites at Promenade Downey

Sorry, we had no breakfast!! They offered coffee which I don't drink and I asked for a bottle of water.

To start the cleaning should be better but I'm not going to list everything just to let you know you all need to step up.

Proximity to the promenade and the freeway

No hot water for the showers, no Internet, really slow service checking in and checking out.

I like how the property has been modernized. Great property appeal. Very friendly staff. Good security and bright outdoor lighting.

The bathroom features were a bit old such as the shower head had hard water buildup and the towels seemed small and thin. The walls between rooms were a bit thin could hear next room’s TV
