"Not the best experience we had travelling through 10 states."

The staff was rude and hateful to us. One said he was on by himself so no maam, there is no room service when I’m alone…. Was the answers we got or we got ignored. The morning lady just ignored us completely.

"Clean, Comfortable Overnight Lodging"

We found the Hyatt Place at Germantown to be clean, attractive, and pleasant. The room layout is the usual Hyatt Place setup with convenient lounging space, a comfortable bed, and a split bath. A good, hot breakfast with several choices was provided. Staff are friendly, and check in and out was easy.

"Decent property with friendly staff."

Brilliant location. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. They had so many tasks to juggle but were still cheerful and ready to help. The housekeeping staff were super accommodative.

Could do with a little renovation. Carpets look tired and grimy. The sofa bed was just not comfortable. The room we took for 4 adults was advertised as something comfortable for 5 or 6. Zero space to keep luggage for so many. We were walking in and out of suitcases! The washer and dryer need to be checked- they shrunk our clothes and had lint and dust all over. There was no coin dispensing machine at the laundry or reception and so had to wait for almost half a day for the manager to bring in coins.
