I like the fact that an excellent breakfast was served. There were many choices to choose from. Plus, the staff was courteous and very helpful, and always with a wonderful smile. This was the very first time I have ever stayed at an Embassy Suites hotel.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, everything was just great! Nothing negative.

"Do Not Pay For Parking"

The hotel itself is ok but we had a problem with the bar. We ordered premium beer (not the complimentary offering) and wine which they thought was ok served in a plastic container rather than a glass. Apparently they’d used up all the glasses but nobody was making any effort to wash them for reuse. We pre booked and paid for the car park which was completely unnecessary as the hotel is surrounded by free parking areas just a short walk away, see photos. Very cheeky charge.
