The lounge closed early due to a lack of customers. We had a party of 12 who had planned to get there an hour before closing, and they had already closed.

The first room we were given the air conditioning didn't work but they quickly got us into a different room and even brought the new keys up to us. I've stayed here in the past and it was awesome but this time I could tell that the hotel is declining.
