Hilton Garden Inn Mount Holly/Westampton

Property was convenient to the highway as a stopover. Hotel was a bit outdated - basic hotel.

The highlight is that every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The front desk and breakfast staff were great. I will say the room was extremely musty. My son and I checked in very late after a long day of travel, so we didn’t have it in us to request a different room, plus after reading some other reviews, it appears that other rooms on other floors had that musty smell as well. Additionally, the lotion container was completely empty (I tend to have an issue when provided toiletries aren’t checked before I am given a room), and we also weren’t provided any washcloths. The bathroom lighting was very dim. I thought that maybe bulbs were burned out, but that wasn’t the case. I would have given the stay itself one star, but the staff’s attitude and helpfulness made up for it. Ten minutes after we checked out we realized we had forgotten something in the room, and they were helpful giving us a key to go back and retrieve the item. We also ordered on the breakfast menu (pancakes and waffles), and the food was tasty and the service good. Unfortunately, I was directed to get coffee from the lobby coffee, and it was cold.

Have stayed at multiple Hilton Gardens, This one is not a place I would recommend

We couldn’t check in for an hour and thirty four minutes after check in The water was off in the building for 4 hours… my kids couldn’t shower after being in the pool for 2 hours. The telephone in my room doesn’t work so I had to keep going to the main desk to find out what’s going on with the water. Experience was horrible. The manager only offered 5 thousand points for such a experience after we paid almost $200 for the night!

Great place to stay outside of NYC and still close to NYC. Very quiet at night. Room was very clean and confortable. They had a laundry facility to clean you clothe is needed. Breakfast was really good and taste very much recommend eating the breakfast. Staff was nice and friendly. There was a lot of parking. They have a restaurant close by with a bar. They have a gym with a peloton bike, the pool is right next to the gym. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be outside NYC but close by at the same time. There were a lot of stores near by this location. They also have a business center if you need to use the computer, printer, or WiFi. Very nice place to stay, I enjoyed it a lot.
