Hilton Garden Inn Mount Holly/Westampton

We enjoyed our stay and my wife love the place. They have cookies at the counter. Over all we loved it. It’s just too bad that they don’t have Gideon Bible anymore when we were asking for one.

It is a good location, but it is really more a 2 stars stay. You have to fight for towels. Everyone is nice, but you need to ask for your needs to be met... which is more of a motel stay type of deal. Phone did not work, ran out of shower gel in the shower, ran out of TP and needed towels frequently.

The bed was very comfortable....it had a refrigerator and microwave

The tub was slippery and didn't have a mat......I almost fell a few times. And the carpet smells. It needs to be shampooed.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We've never had any issues. The only downfall this time was that the pool was closed.

It was very nice

The stay was disappointing for a Hilton. Checked in by a very pleasant receptionist. Our room was very shabby - covering on bed frame was fraying, mold on the grout in the bathroom, bathroom door in need of painting, no soap was available on the sink (I was told they did not receive their delivery), no glasses or cups at the bathroom sink. Don’t if I would book this again.

Lobby and main floor looked well kept, Second and Third not so much. Our first room was 228 and there were mold around the built in soap holders in the shower, some can be seen on the ceiling along with yellow/brownish drippings. Complained about the noise after 9pm for the better part of our stay until the forth night when we demanded to be moved to another floor after we asked them to call the police for feeling unsafe with another guest in the adjoining room going manic. 3:30am we were finally moved to the third floor rm 348 and it's conditions were not much better. The fridge would sound like it's on the verge of exploding every time it ran. I would not recommend this place. I emailed the general manager of our stay and have not heard back.

The hotel is in pretty good condition. Nancy at the bar is great! Folks at the front desk seemed kind of disinterested in general. Pool was closed for my entire stay

Hotel check in wasn’t good. We was told the room will be available by 3:30 we had to waited a hour half pass check in time. I ask to speak to a manager no one came to talk to me. After getting my key card I was told a GM will be here tomorrow morning if I wanted to talk

Convenient location and quiet. Staff was very friendly
