Heber Inn

The price was great. We just needed a place to sleep. It’s an old building, the room was tidy and the bed was adequate.The desk manager was very nice. There was wood looking vinyl flooring instead of carpet, a definite plus! The cons are: the desk top was sticky, 0nly 2 thin pillows on each bed, the fridge is old with rust on the shelf. Only one charging port by the bed worked. There were hand towels but no wash cloths. The extra security latch on the door was broken and the window was left open a few inches and we didnt notice until we left. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. After those MINOR things, i would definately stay there again tor one night. Over all a great bargain.

I didn't like anything; it was very terrible. After checking in I discovered that the room wasn't yet made up for use. I left while they did so. It didn't get any better when I returned late that evening and into the morning. I had to leave after 1 night and check in to another hotel and I have requested a refund for the remaining days I have already paid for manager stated ir would take a few days. Not Yet 15th to the 21st

Dirty ac hardly worked shower hardly worked.

Room was dirty. A/C doesn’t work well at all. Don’t waste your money.

Not good. The bed was made to look clean but inside the sheets were dirty, the toilet wobbled, there was mud on the walls and cobwebbs under the sink. We didn't dare walk around without shoes on. You get what you pay for here folks.

Door was locked and no one available for check in when I arrived at 4pm. I waited for 30 minutes before they came... The hotel was an avarage older (dive type)... Though it was clean and the beds were nice. There was no TV signal and no hot water.

It was hot and the swamp cooler didn't work. The office wasn't staffed. We had to call to get help

The property was in a good location, the beds were soft, and the management was really trying to work with us whenever we needed something.

The furniture was in various states of disrepair, we could barely ever access the WiFi from our room, let alone actually use it for anything, there were often bugs running around, and there was little to dampen the noise when someone in the next room decided to play loud music. For all the staff tried, they failed to actually do much, and it seems they are quite limited in how many people work there and they lack some basics, such as more than one key to access their own supply closet.

Apon arriving was told expedia had double booked all there rooms, seemed like a well rehearsed and used story. Went down the road and found a nice little motel, was told by the woman working there that it was not the first time she had heard that story about being double booked. Apparently its a racket they've been running for awhile.
