The level of care and attention to detail from Lisa & Shannon was unmatched. I left something behind after checkout, and they went above and beyond to track me down—even reaching out to my work office across the street without knowing if I was actually there! Their quick thinking and intuition were truly next-level. Huge thanks to Elise at the front desk for making sure I got everything back safely. Beyond the incredible service, this is a fantastic hotel for business travelers. The rooms are huge, clean, and perfect for working or unwinding after a long day. The breakfast is excellent, with great oatmeal, fresh fruit, and a solid continental spread—exactly what you need to start the day right. If you’re looking for a business-friendly hotel in Phoenix with outstanding hospitality, spacious rooms, and great breakfast options, this is the place. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I were there for her gymnastics meet. it was close to the venue and a short drive from the airport. The GM was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall a great stay.

For guests who stay 5 nights or more you should include laundry tokens in their swag bag. When we stay at hotels for more than 2 nights, we wash the towels and the bed linen.

I needed to go to Phoenix to resolve an intensely time-sensitive work problem. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Airport South was located at the perfect location. The excellent location, hotel services, and accommodations really helped me to make a stressful situation more bearable. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Elise who helped me with my requested arrival accommodations and scheduling me to check out at 3:30 AM on the last day with the shuttle to the airport.  The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and spot-on as requested which helped me immensely. The room was well appointed, including all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, internet, and everything worked fine. Thanks to the Hotel shuttle driver who was very pleasant when he picked me up at the airport after midnight and to Patrick for checking me in after 1:00AM and getting me out on my way the following day to the airport at 3:30AM. I didn't have time for the complimentary breakfast but I'm sure it would have been good. Thanks Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Airport South for a great staff and synchronized hotel.  I recommend this hotel and would be glad to stay there again. Leonard Lau Diamond member

I always enjoy my stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton PHX Airport South. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and includes a microwave, cooktop, and full refrigerator/freezer. Ms. Delisa continues to set out a beautiful breakfast spread with a great variety of items, including healthy items like chia pudding with overnight oats, and super sweet & plump blueberries. She has served there for 16 years and takes pride in what she does. The Mexican-themed food was also delightful to see. The Wednesday evening soup, salad, and snacks were a nice touch. Everyone is polite. I enjoyed my stay once again. Looking forward to my return.
