First the complimentary shuttle from the airport, And Shannon the man at the front desk is so very professional, very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable of this establishment. We've had a great time and will be back in the near future.

Stay here!!! Huge clean rooms large bathrooms kitchen living room quiet excellent happy hour and the breakfast was excellent!!! The rooms are separated from the living area. High ceilings even on the 2nd floor. The front staff were friendly and accommodating!!! Stay here 5 star!!!!

"Comfortable Hotel"

Comfortable room, close to a food court area. Tasty breakfast options, efficient shuttle service approx 10-15 mins to airport. Ground level rooms a nice change from having to catch an elevator. This hotel is a good option for an early morning flight.

I checked in @ 5pm on Sunday, Oct. 20th, 2024. I wrote down the name of the young woman who checked me in but lost it. She was an absolute lifesaver & so informative. I had booked a 2 B/R, 2 bath suite for my sister & I. It was lovely. I would defiitely stay here again.

"2 Nights at this Excellent Hotel that exceeded my expectations"

This was an excellent hotel. I called the first and spoke to Shannon and he was the reason why I stayed at this hotel. He explained why this hotel was better than the one I was thinking about staying downtown and that it had recently been renovated during COVID-19. We went over the rooms etc. and I booked the hotel. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything Shannon had told me was try. The hotel was nice. It looks new. Had a nice gym and Shannon upgraded me to a Presidential Suite, which I must say was outstanding. Very large and made my stay even better. Based on all the places I had told Shannon I was visiting, it was an excellent location. Close to the airport but only about 20 to 30m minutes to everywhere I had to visit. This hotel is clean and everyone of the staff was excellent. The lady who organizes the breakfast was also very nice. I wanted to eat in my room and she gave me a tray so that this was possible. Overall this was a 5 out of 5 stay. Very enjoyable.
