Sleep Inn Long Island City - Manhattan View

The hotel was very reasonably priced and clean. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The subway is a short 4 minute walk away, which is convenient. The only con is that the hotel is in a bit of an industrial/sketchy area and theres not much around with respect to restaurants or stores.

hotel is nice and clean, located close to Manhattan and has all the required facilities we've expected. Value for money is great.

Total disaster. Arrive home bitten and threw away all my clothes because of the bed bugs.

They have a contract with DHS (dept of homeless svs)

This hotel was not in a nice neighborhood. We chose to drive instead of walking to the train. The neighborhood made us nervous.

Breakfast was good being as it was included. The staff were very pleasant. The area of the hotel wasn't great, probably wouldn't walk around alone at night although the hotel did have security staff. Our room was clean but not spotless or in good condition. The walls were thin and heard a lot of street noise at night. Overall not unhappy with the stay but would stay in a different location next time.
