bad Smell on right side of building front of hotel out side.

I spent two nights in this hotel. The key reason to choose this hotel was good price performance ratio and it's just 5 minutes walk to the subway station. It exceeds my expectation. Staffs were very helpful.

Dont expect much and if you dont have any interaction with staff then you'll be fine. Unfortunately we do have to. Most hotels have some sort of USB docks or charging hub. This hotel does not have them. Called the front desk for a solution or ask where to charge in. The front desk lady replied they dont have one and she does not know where to get one. Basically does not want to provide any help. I've went to their public pc downstairs and plug my usb cable in to charge my phone. No big deal but not very smart on her part. Thats fine. we moved on. For breakfast, we expect just to be first come first serve and clean. As soon as we sat down, the service lady ask us to leave because she was blabbing something about giving the other larger size couple the seat. So rude. This is first come first serve. We moved on again. They serve water out of the kitchen sink. We found out because they were out of water from the pitcher, so we asked for more because we need water to take cold medicine. The guy look as if he want to embarrass instead of grabbing more water for us he took us to the kitchen and ask us to get water from the sink. He even taunting us saying "this is just water from kitchen sink, nothing special about it". What a moron. we dont need special water and we dont need to know it is from a sink. Speechless. Bottom line just dont interact with them. They are hopeless.

Stay was good overall. Free WiFi, Free Breakfast, Decent price and close to the subway. Only disappointment was that my sunglasses went missing from the nightstand table when we were out on a cloudy afternoon. Everyone's glasses were there when we got back but mine.

I never take time to write reviews but this hotel really deserved it. This was the cheapest hotel within a short commute from Manhattan. The room was impeccable and newly renovated (e.g. no trace of mold whatsoever in the bathroom). I was expecting the breakfast to be horrible for this price but there it was actually decent (i.e. not your typical day old donuts but decent coffee, bagel, cream cheese, yogurt, etc). Not the greatest neighborhood but definitely not a problem, even for a family vacation with kids. The next door supermarket comes handy by times. Highly recommends.

Hotel clean roof top view amazing breakfast decent could have better meat selection sausage taste like rubber close to train a lot of locals and tourists in the neighborhood . It looks rough but no one bothered would stay again room a lil overpriced 187 a night but again it's NYC

Very good hotel. Neighborhood not so great. Ideal for business stay.

Breakfast was hot and well stocked, staff great. Rooms are very good size and has everything needed including a fridge.

Convenient close to subway to Manhattan breakfast include which very good. Free internet , but internet so slow.

Overall our stay was good. Staff was friendly and rooms were decent. My only complaint is parking.
