"It was quiet and restful."

The breakfast was nice. Evening ability to purchase snacks was great.

The laundry facilities were broken. It made for a late night with soap dispensers empty. I kept needing to run to the desk.

"Bad beds, everything else was fine."

Close to airport. The shuttle was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed in room 328 was horrible. The mattress cratered so we kept rolling to the center. The frame creaked like an old metal bunk bed. Get rid of the bed!! This colored my whole opinion of the place.

"Do NOT trust shuttle"

Hotel is fine. Felt a little dated and worn, but not terrible. Bed was good. Food was typical with good operating hours (6:00am). Do NOT trust the shuttle service. I waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and pick me up at the airport, and had to call three times.

"Solid Hotel Experience"

Great location, very convenient to shopping, restaurant and airport. The shuttle to the airport was a big plus. Rooms were very roomy, especially compared to some we stayed in on our recent visit to Oregon. We didnt use them, but there is a large indoor pool and gym on site. Registration was also easy and friendly. Price seemed quite reasonable.
