Movich Hotel Cartagena de Indias

The Movich hotel is right in the middle of all the action. Perfect for walking everywhere. We could not be happier with the service and the views from our bedroom. I would stay there again in the future. The breakfasts were amazing and the service was excellent. Because the hotel was so central to all the tourist attractions, we were able to come by and get refreshed in the middle of the day without wasting too much time. It was scorching hot out on the streets and coming to our nicely refrigerated bedroom to take breaks was awesome.

Breakfast was fine Unfortunately your staff need much more training on your coffee machines considering Columbia have great coffee your morning staff have no training on your coffee.

The property was central and there were great restaurants and sites in the immediate vicinity. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was calm and the pool and restaurant were a perfect place to relax and recover from the heat.

El tamaño de la habitación , de la cama y del baño. El desayuno también fue extraordinario, tipo brunch muy variado y muy rico. Además la ubicación fantástica. En el centro de Getsemaní. La azotea y la piscina, de los mejores rooftops de esa zona de la cudad

Hay varios aspectos que hacen que recomiende este hotel a pesar de sus pros: - ruido. Las ventanas y puertas no aislan. Intentamos echar siesta y se escuchaban las batucadas y el ruido de la calle, y eso que la nuestra era una habitación interior. Se escuchaba todo en el pasillo, porque las puertas son huecas. - El servicio. Les dijimos que nos ibamos muy pronto, antes del desayuno y le pedimos que nos preparasen algo. El día en cuestión no tenian nada preparado y eso que les habiamos recordado 2 o 3 . Nos dieron 2 manzanas y 2 sandweeces pésimos. Con la calidad del desayuno que tenian en el hotel darnos eso, fue bastante indignante. - Muchos despefectos en la habitación, ventanas que no cierran bien, el aire acondicionado que hacia un ruido que tuvimos que apagar para poder dormir.... - demasiado caro para lo que es, corresponde más a un hotel de 4 y no de 5.

Third time staying at the Movich in Cartagena and would gladly return. Excellent service, comfortable beds and convenient location.
