Movich Hotel Cartagena de Indias

This hotel stay was supposed to be booked for April 1 - 2nd 2026, when the confirmation arrived back it was for yesterday evening. I contacted the property, the booking agent (hotels.com) to let them know about the error. No one has been able to assist. I am not looking for a refund, just an adjustment to the desired booking date of April 1 - 2.

Great location, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Clean room, everything works, comfortable bed, very good breakfast.

Breakfast was good, one morning, I had to call because they forgot the breadbasket as it was missing. They were accommodating for late dinner on the 1st floor restaurant late night as the rooftop was closed.

The availability of the rooftop was an issue as both nights they had it rented. As a result, I was unable to have dinner there or experience the sunset which I was told I should experience. The noise level was too much both nights. And the room had no view. My window faced a wall.

Great experience staying at this hotel. Everyone was very kind. The hotel was clean and quiet. Amazing views. It’s very romantic vibes.

The hotel was great, but the food at the restaurant can be improved. The food is not up to par.

I found that everyrhing is this property and staff was outstanding. The staff was excellent and helpful with any additional questions I had. The restaurant staff during breakfast were attentive and caring. The rooms themselves were gorgeous and clean. Anything that I needed help with was met with exceptional customer service and propriety. I would recommend this property to anyone who us looking to have a high level of care and quiet space to explore Cartagena.

El desayuno delicioso y muy buenos los espacios del restaurante. La habitación con buenos espacios y cómoda. No escuché ruido y el balcón prestaba su función. La atención en la recepción fue increíble y siempre están pendientes de tí.

Bar del rooftop. Este cerró el sábado muy temprano, por lo que no se puede disfrutar de las vistas de la ciudad con un buen trago. Los cocteles fuera del Happy Hour estaban costosos.

Great location central to all. Breakfast included which was a plus. Loved our stay
