Das Appartment ist phantastisch - Größe, Lage, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Parken in der Tiefgarage, der kleine aber feine, sehr gepflegte Aussenpoolbereich

Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir über die große Baustelle direkt gegenüber unseres Balkons gerne hinweg gesehen haben.

Room size, facilities and breakfast were great. The reception staff were fantastic and went above and beyond in helping me find my iPhone which I had lost just before arriving to the hotel.

​Très bel hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, tout en restant particulièrement calme et reposant. L'accueil est excellent : le personnel est à la fois professionnel, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse. ​Les équipements sont super et la propreté est irréprochable dans tout l'établissement. Le petit-déjeuner, proposé en option, est vraiment très complet et de qualité, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. ​C'est l'endroit idéal pour poser ses valises et découvrir la ville rose en toute sérénité. Nous recommandons vivement !

Agree with the comments below - prospective guests should be aware that there is currently a significant construction project taking place directly opposite the hotel. The disruption itself is not what disappointed us. Construction projects are sometimes unavoidable. The issue was the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled by the hotel. At no point before our arrival were we informed that half the rooms were affected by ongoing works. After checking in and discovering the extent of the noise, we asked whether it would be possible to move to a quieter room, but were told that no alternatives were available. We also received no reduction in rate or other accommodation despite the circumstances. Noise from drilling and heavy construction activity began at around 7:30 a.m., making it difficult to sleep beyond that time. Given the scale of the project, it appears likely that the works will continue for some time. A more customer-focused approach would have been to advise guests in advance, allocate unaffected rooms where possible, or offer an appropriate discount to those staying in impacted rooms. None of these options were offered during our stay. Anyone planning to stay here over the coming months should carefully consider whether early-morning construction noise is something they are prepared to accept.

Insgesamt jedoch muss man mitteilen, dass auf der Rückseite des Hotels in der Nähe des Pools eine Riesenbaustelle ist. D.h. Des Hotels mit allen Zimmern schaut auf die Baustelle. Da uns dies nicht gefallen hat, haben wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss als Behinderten Zimmer bekommen. insgesamt wird das Hotel wahrscheinlich viel von Langzeit Besuchern bei Airbus besucht, Ausstattung ist gut. Das Personal sehr unterschiedlich von sehr freundlich bis eher unfreundlich. Frühstück hatten wir keins.
