We stayed two nights at the start of our cycling trip to Bordeaux. Our bicycles were stored in the secure hotel carpork. We couldn't fault our stay. The room was comfortable and we had a small ground floor terrace. The hotel was spotless and modern. Above all we were blown away by the warm and friendly staff. The person who welcomed when we arrived was so friendly and helpful. And then each person we spoke to at the desk was the same. The hotel is also really well located and is an easy base both for the station and for exploring Toulouse. If we go back for another visit, we'll definitely stay here.

The apartment was centrally located, close to the railway station and old town. Shops and restaurants were nearby. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We also liked the staff. The evening manager showed us all the amenities of the hotel and gave us very helpful information about the town.

Conveniente location and pleasant staff. However towels are only changed after request and, cleaning didn’t happen even though we stayed for 3 nights. Only one lift available… probably quite busy when fully occupied. Lastly but not least there is a massive construction happening at the time this is written (May’26) and all rooms facing that area were extremely noisy and disturbed from 7:30. Swimming pool is also probably not fit for use while construction taken place.
