La ubicacion a 2 cuadras de la estacion. El personal de recepcion como Mustapha extremadamente cordial igual que las demas chicas que recibieron mi equipaje antes de la hora de check in.

El personal de aseo, totalmente descortes. Cuando hice el check out tuve que dejar la llave en una recepcion vacia, ni siquiera abrió la puerta ni indicó como salir, fueron otros huespedes los que me lo hicieron saber. A mi cargo esa persona no dura un minuto trabajando ahi, desmejora todo el buen trabajo que hacen los demas, pero el probñema siempre es el que dirige, tal vez no se ha dado cuenta. Horrible experiencia de check out.

We loved the really comfortable bed, the balcony, the way the hotel is off the street through a courtyard making it very quiet. The location is great with the Victor Hugo martlet close by. The staff are brilliant and it was very comfortable for the 4 nights we were there.

The only thing was the saucepans were getting a bit old with the non stick coating coming off. So we avoided using them.
